What we’re about

Zaragoza Counseling & Consulting provides teens, adults, and couples therapy services for a variety of different reasons. Therapy is commonly a weekly to bi-weekly commitment of at least four to six sessions. This time will allow for a clear understanding of goals as well as time to put strategies into motion.

Some of the common issues that are seen include stress, anxiety, depression, communication issues, trauma, addiction, sexuality issues, personal growth and overall wellness. We prefer to tailor the treatment based on a person’s personal needs with keeping specific goals in mind. It is important to us that a person feel comfortable expressing themselves in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
Our lovely office

It is our priority to create a calm, safe, and confidential environment for those coming in for therapy. It is our goal to  make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in to when you leave to help foster an environment of open dialogue. We are centrally located near downtown Phoenix and provide ample parking within steps of the building.

About Kelly Zaragoza, LPC

Kelly-ZaragozaI believe that therapy can be a wonderful tool to help navigate through some of life’s circumstances. Each person has their own unique story to tell, and by working together we can develop ways to achieve emotional or mental health goals. I work with teens, adults, and couples in meeting their therapeutic needs.

Teens are often faced with anxiety issues or depression. Adults are also faced with similar issues in the workplace or home. Couples may need help with communication or trust building. Whatever your needs are, we will work together using your strengths to achieve your desired outcome.

It is important for me to make this a collaborative process in truly understanding your needs and what it will take to get you where you want to be. I look forward to working with you and helping you on your journey to emotional and mental wellness!
